This e-commerce website, airemask.in, is owned and operated by the legal entity: AUROVILLE FOUNDATION, Auromode Trust, Aire Mask. All business transactions, orders, billing processes, and legal responsibilities related to this website are assumed by said entity.
Billing Label: Charges that will appear on our customers’ bank statements or credit cards will be displayed with the description: Aire, Anti-pollution Masks.
By accessing and using airemask.in, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
3. Products and Services
We sell N95 and N99 masks and accessories. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
4. Billing and Payment
We accept payments through the Razorpay Payment Gateway, which facilitates major debit and credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, the currency displayed on the site is an estimate. The final charge will be in INR, and your bank or card provider will handle the conversion based on their current exchange rates.
- Accuracy: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person.
- Pricing Errors: In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or not process the order.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
