CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY

I want to return my purchase or a part of my order! What do I do?

  • According to our mask cancellation and refund policy, you may inform us that you wish to refuse a purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the product. You may notify  us of the cancellation by email via https://www.airemasks.com/contact-us/
  • The goods should be returned undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging within 5 working days of this notification. You should send a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a covering letter indicating your full account number with the returned goods.
  • Following our mask cancellation and refund policy, we will happily refund you for any product you may purchase that you are not completely happy with.
  • Returns should be made within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Procedure:
  • Simply contact our customer care department communications@airemasks.com . They will advise you how to return your product.
  • Once we received it and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Several products returned:
  • In case you are returning only part of an order, we will refund the returned items only.
  • It is as simple as that!
  • Following our mask cancellation and refund, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@airemasks.com.
  • According to our mask cancellation and refund conditions, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • AIRE will refund, within 30 days of receipt by www.airemasks.com of the returned product, any sum paid, minus the direct delivery costs (transport and order handling costs).
  • Our mask cancellation and refund policy states that it depends on what method of payment you have used:
  • If you have paid by credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to your credit.
  • If you paid by bank transfer, we will make a net transfer to your account or write you a check, as you prefer.
  • Exchanges (if applicable)
  • According to our mask cancellation and refund policy, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@airemasks.com and send your item to: Aire, Auromode, Auroville, 605101, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Gifts
    • If it is a gift
      • Our mask cancellation and refund policy states that if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If it is not a gift
      • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
  • Shipping
    • Our mask cancellation or refund policy stipulates to return your product, you should mail your product to:
    • Aire, Auromode, Auroville, 605101, Tamil Nadu, India.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You could use (worldwide) DHL or our regular partner DTDC in India.
    • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
